Founder & CEO
Ryan has over 20 years of experience in business management and in the financial markets. His career has been focused on helping people generate wealth in the financial markets, and he has a passion for the common man living the American Dream.
Over his career he has impacted tens of thousands in how to change their financial futures, and making their dreams come true. Prior to founding Kuvera, Ryan co-founded a brokerage firm and eventually focused of teaching others how to trade in the markets successfully – literally bringing “Wall Street to Main Street.” Building that company to generating over $350 million in annual revenue, Ryan eventually sold that organization and again began refocusing on educating the common man to have uncommon success in the markets.
Chad has been an entrepreneur all of his life, an entrepreneur who could find a need and then find the solution. After a number of successful start-ups, and eventually gaining a fascination with the markets, he became a licensed broker early in his career.
He quickly learned the power of investing, and the potential to change lives through changing the financial future of others. This developed a passion for people that can be witnessed everyday by his actions and care for those around him. Doing what is right for others, and doing it in an honorable way is Chad’s priority in life. Prior to founding Kuvera, Chad co-founded a brokerage firm which focused on educating others in how to successfully trade in the market and generate personal wealth.
Ms. Raynor brings a blended background of financial services and IT (information technology) experience enabling her to evaluate and select our automated trading tools and strategies. Her information technology background combined with her Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative license provides us the unique combination of financial advisory expertise and along with quantitative metrics and analysis. Annette is a financial “education coach”, a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and maintains operations across the company’s multiple business ventures.
Mario founded Wealth Engineering in 2005 with the primary goal of empowering the self directed investor to take control of their finances. With more than thirty years of Wall Street experience, Mario brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise to the capital markets, investing and trading strategies and investor education. Kuvera wants to assist individuals in succeeding in their investment activities. Never before has so much information, tools and trading capabilities been available to the individual – it is simply a matter of knowing how to use these capabilities your financial benefit. Kuvera is committed to showing individuals how to do just that.
Chad brings over 13 years of sales, marketing, and operations experience. Chad was a founding member of the executive team for Daily Bread, a successful direct sales company. He's built and scaled multiple world-class sales organizations throughout his career. Chad also led the Business Development, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Affiliate Sales and Customer Success departments while helping raise $2.8 million in venture capital for a technology startup. His passion is helping others improve their financial fitness so they can live stress-free and more meaningful lives.
VP Sales Latin America
Ricardo has been a top sales producer for many companies. As the Vice President of Latin America in his previous company, he managed the growth and expansion into most Spanish Speaking countries. With over 20 years of sales experience, Ricardo has been immersed in the understanding of customer’s needs, in order to provide them with the best solution. His personal mission is to help as many people as he can, achieve and live their dreams. Ricardo leads the Latin American Team in learning and teaching that money can work for you, rather than you, working for money.
VP Customer Experience
Misty brings years of management experience in the direct sales industry. Her background includes assisting top field leaders achieve their goals, while developing and refining customer experience processes. Misty's passion is to help distributors succeed. Her executive duties include the management, training and expansion of our multilingual customer experience team. Misty also assists in the planning and execution of company events and incentive trips. Misty is an integral part of the Kuvera executive team!
VP Global Operations
Natalia is a seasoned sales executive with over 17 years of experience in the Multilevel Marketing industry. She has strategic sales and global expansion experience from most of the globe. She has developed and led sales organizations, trained distributors in the field, been a brand ambassador and surpassed sales targets in both North and South America. Natalia has also successfully developed and implemented international expansion strategies, including end-to-end management of all the company’s worldwide sales and operations. Natalia is a leader in culture based sales techniques, is a charismatic speaker and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
